Question by griz: How do I get rid of Security Toolbar 7.1 using my McAfee spyware application?
Security Toolbar 7.1 is a spyware program that snuck by my McAfee spyware protection when I downloaded other software from the internet. I okayed the download but what I didn’t realize was that I also okayed this spyware/malware. Now I don’t know how to undo my okaying this program. This spyware is really pissing me off! Any hints would be appriciated. Thanks.

    As the computer is booting press your “F8 Key” repeatly which should bring up the “Windows Advanced Options Menu” . Use your arrow keys to move to “Safe Mode” and press your Enter key.

    After into safe mode,run an anti-spyware to remove the spyware and adware on you computer.

    Make sure you have 1 or 2 antispyware on your computer and 1 antivirus and also 1 firewall.
