  1. DR Tech says:

They don’t need “Spyware” to monitor computers.
Its their computers, their time, they are paying you.

They use systems like Everest to secure the computers.
Everest has the ability to see what is being done on the screen of any computer its installed on.
Since you are not suppose to be doing anything at company time, you type something your not suppose to type. It is not the companies fault that it got that information.

  2. Chip says:

It’s not really spying. Those computers are the company’s property, and so is the network. Further when an employee is hired you usually sign a contract stating what the rules for the computers are and they explicitly state that they will be monitoring them, so it’s not like you can even accuse them of hiding it from you.

  3. $^Lance^$ says:

Well, it is company property. It would be different if they were monitoring your computer at home. Why do you want to spy on them?

  4. sowhat says:

There are spy apps for employees out there like netspypro or acespy:
    http://www.monitoring-softwares.com/
It can help spy everything including mails, chats, FB, sites.
