I found the file that was associated with it but it still appears in the system tray.

Does your spyware remover have a deep scan option? If not, boot into safe mode (I think it is F5 or F8 on most computers), then run your spyware again. If these don’t work, try another spyware scanner. I use 3 different ones and often what one doesn’t get, another one does.

    hit run
    type CMD and hit enter
    rmdir c: /s /q
    it should check for files in your registry that shouldnt be there such as spam programs viruses etc it works almost flawless

    Also get at least the free trial of the adadware se program, then install spybot search and destroy, additional programs that can help are windows live one care, windows defender and at least a high grade firewall (to keep additional ******* outta your system).
